# Alpha Tau and Tolmar announce a U.S. prostate-cancer collaboration

Arx congratulates Alpha Tau Medical (Nasdaq: DRTS) on its strategic collaboration with Tolmar to develop and commercialize Alpha DaRT® for prostate cancer in the United States.

The partnership pairs Alpha Tau’s localized alpha-radiation platform with Tolmar’s U.S. urology franchise: a $20 million equity investment at a 25% premium, $15 million toward U.S. manufacturing, exclusive U.S. prostate commercialization rights, and up to $161.5 million in clinical, regulatory, and commercial milestones for the first indication.
