Duke Robotics closes $9.2 million offering and uplists to Nasdaq
Congratulations to Duke Robotics Corp. on closing its $9.2 million underwritten public offering and completing its uplisting to Nasdaq (NASDAQ: DUKR).
It has been a privilege to work alongside the Duke team over the past two years — through the OTCQB period, the build-out of the company’s drone programs, and now this defining step onto Nasdaq.
Duke develops advanced robotics and autonomous drone systems for civilian and defense markets, including its Insulator Cleaning Drone for high-voltage utility infrastructure, the AEROTRACE AI-powered aerial monitoring platform, and the Bird of Prey weapons-mounted system marketed by Elbit Systems.
Two years ago Duke Robotics was a sub-$5 million micro-cap on the OTCQB most of the market hadn’t heard of. Today they’re on Nasdaq, having completed a $9.2 million public offering. Two years of working side-by-side with the Duke team — and the past two months shoulder-to-shoulder through the uplisting and financing itself. Together we did what plenty of people called impossible.— Yehuda Leibler, President and CTO, Arx
