Congratulations to Evolution Metals & Technologies Corp (NASDAQ: EMAT) on securing a $100 million investment from Yorkville Advisors Global, LP.
EM&T is a U.S.-based critical materials and advanced manufacturing company building a secure, non-China-dependent supply chain for rare earth permanent magnets, battery materials, and related critical technologies. The company operates what it believes is the only known vertically stacked critical materials supply chain in the Western Hemisphere.
The investment, structured as a multi-tranche convertible facility, will support continued expansion of commercial operations and Phase I of its planned U.S. industrial campus — set to host the largest hydrometallurgical facility in the Western Hemisphere.
