Nuvectis expands pipeline with Haisco license for two clinical-stage compounds

Nuvectis announced a strategic portfolio expansion via an exclusive license with Haisco Pharmaceutical Group for two potentially best-in-class clinical-stage compounds.

Under the agreement, Haisco granted Nuvectis exclusive rights outside Greater China (and, for one compound, outside India and certain Southeast Asia territories) to HSK42360, a BRAF paradoxical breaker, and HSK39297, a once-daily complement Factor B inhibitor.

Haisco will receive $40 million in upfront and near-term payments and is eligible for up to $1.421 billion in additional milestones, plus tiered royalties.

The transaction transforms Nuvectis into a later-stage company spanning complement-mediated disease and oncology.
