# PolyPid partners with Azurity to commercialize D-PLEX100 in the U.S. and Canada

Congratulations to PolyPid (NASDAQ: PYPD) on an exclusive commercial partnership with Azurity Pharmaceuticals for D-PLEX100 in the United States and Canada.

PolyPid may receive over $320 million in upfront and milestone payments, including $30 million in upfront and near-term milestones, plus tiered royalties from the mid-teens to mid-twenties. Azurity will commercialize upon approval; PolyPid will manufacture and supply.

The partnership follows positive Phase 3 SHIELD II results and a completed NDA submission. U.S. launch is targeted for the first quarter of 2027.
